Seamless aluminum shell
The Dennis Chambers signature snare starts with an UltraCast seamless aluminum shell. Then it's milled down to 3mm thickness in the midsection while both the top and bottom ends reach a thickness of 5mm to simulate reinforcement rings. The resulting sound is a powerful snare with a boosted mid-range and clear intonation.
Stylish shell hardware
This snare won't let you down in the looks department either. All the shell hardware on the Dennis Chambers signature snare drum comes with nickel plating. The shell features Pearl single Swivel Tube lugs, multi-tension strainer and throw off, and SuperHoop II hoops. And the nickel hardware is accented by a stunning grooved outer shell. The drum techs at Sweetwater all agree that the grooved black nickel finish on the outer shell makes this snare drum a must-have.
