The Walrus Audio Voyager Pre-Amp Overdrive MKII is a mid-focused overdrive/preamp that retains all the mythical magic of the original Voyager while adding a wealth of new features. From its lowest to highest settings, the Voyager provides a superb amount of clarity to any playing style. At lower gain settings, it brightens the signal and adds clarity to each note. With the gain turned up, the Voyager transforms into a thick overdrive, providing depth to chorded playing while retaining the clarity needed to break through solos.

Main Features:

• Parametric Mid-Frequency EQ: The foot-switchable parametric mid-frequency EQ offers a boost/cut range of ±12dB, allowing you to tailor your tone to your own style of playing.
• Five-Way Rotary Switch: Choose from five different diode clipping options to customize your sound:
  • 1: Classic 1N34A Germanium Diodes (most compressed).
  • 2: Classic 1N34A Germanium Diodes with bass boost.
  • 3: Symmetric Silicon Diodes (more open and dynamic).
  • 4: Asymmetric Silicon Diodes (least compressed, open & driven).
  • 5: Asymmetric Silicon Diodes with bass boost (least compressed, open & driven with a bass boost).
• True Bypass: Ensures your signal remains pure when the pedal is not in use.

Controls:

• Gain: Adjust the amount of overdrive.
• Volume: Control the output volume level.
• Mid: Boost or cut the mid frequencies.
• Freq: Set the center frequency of the mid control.
• Rotary Switch: Select from five different diode clipping options.
